A. Yes, they are. Whenever we get a car in our premises, we make sure it is in top-notch condition before we put it on sale. That way we avoid unnecessary waiting times and delays to our customers.
Q. How long would I have to wait if I liked a vehicle that I saw on your site?
A. As an average, 3 hours. This, of course depends on how you wish to pay, if finance is necessary, etc.
Q. If I like a car I have seen on your website, can I reserve it?
A. Certainly. We only require a small deposit of £200 and we will keep the car in our premises until you can come and see it. If later you decide the car is not for you, we will refund the deposit fully.
Q. How often do you update the website?
A. As new stock arrives, we are swift to log the details on our website so our visitors know that the cars they see are up to date and ready to be seen.
Q. Are the photos on the website the actual photos of the car described?
A. Indeed. We take our own set of photographs so our customer can rest assured what they see in our website is the real car.
Q. Do you take part exchanges?
A. Yes, we do. Please bring the car you would like to use as part exchange and we will be more than happy to offer a fair and honest quote for it.
Q. What sort of warranty do you give with your cars?

Q. Can I extend the warranty?
A. We don't offer warranty extensions, although you can buy your own over the Internet very easily.
Q. How would you like me to pay for the vehicle?
A. We accept cash, bankers draft, building society cheques, debit or credit cards (Including American Express) or we can arrange competitive finance for you.
Q. Do you offer finance?
A. Yes. We have competitive packages for all circumstances and our rates start as low as a 6% flat rate.
Q. Do you offer servicing after the sale?
A. We don't have
those facilities, but after so many years trading, we have develop good relationships with trusthworthy garages we can recommend anytime.
Q. Are all the vehicles against finance & total loss?
A. All vehicles are guaranteed and HIP clear for peace of mind.
Q. Can you arrange the fitment of tow bars?
A. Yes. We have very competitive prices in tow fitting and will be more than happy to give you a quote anytime you need.
Q. Do you have a contact for vehicle insurance?
A. With so many good companies out there and the help that can be obtained from the Internet, we feel our costoemers are better off by arranging their own insurance and getting the best deal available at any given time.
Q. Do you have a courtesy car?
A. Indeed. In the unlikely event of anything happening to your car during the warranty period, we will arrange for a courtesy car for you so you can keep on the move at all times. |
